We do not offer refunds. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to provide store credit for future purchases.
📦 Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Email a photo and brief description of the issue to Amy@TipTopHolidayShop.com, and we will contact you with instructions for the return.
📅 30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
