We do not offer refunds. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to provide store credit for future purchases.
📦 Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Email a photo and brief description of the issue to Amy@TipTopHolidayShop.com, and we’ll take care of it.
🚫 No Returns on Extras
Due to the nature of our products and seasonal demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
