What is HolidayShopExtras.com?

HolidayShopExtras.com is your one-stop shop for low-cost, fun holiday shop add-ons! We offer novelty gifts, stocking stuffers, prize box fillers, and themed extras that pair perfectly with any in-school holiday shop.

Who do you serve?

We work primarily with elementary school PTA and PTO boards looking to stretch their budgets while adding extra excitement to their school holiday shop. Most of our customers are located in Texas, but we ship nationwide!

Do you have a store front for local customers?

No, we do not have a storefront but local customers can order online and pick up at our warehouse location in Palmer, Texas - at no charge.

Are your items affordable?

Yes! The majority of our items are priced for resale under $5—some even under $1—making them perfect for elementary students’ budgets.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Shipping is available within the continental U.S. only.

How fast do you ship?

We typically ship orders within 2-4 business days. All orders ship from Palmer, Texas, so most Texas schools receive their items quickly! You’ll get tracking info once your order goes out.

My school is tax-exempt? How do I receive tax-exempt status on my order?

  • Click on the icon in the top right corner of this page (Home Page)
  • Sign in using SHOP or enter your email address
  • Now, your account is created.
  • Next, email a copy of your tax-exempt form to Amy@TipTopHolidayShop.com
  • Once you receive confirmation that you have received Tax Exempt Status, you may place your order, and sales tax will be removed.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes, we do offer local pick up at our warehouse in Palmer, Texas. Select "Pick up in Store" when you checkout. Local pick is FREE!

Payment

Do you accept school checks or school POs?

Yes! We gladly accept both school checks and official school purchase orders. Simply select "Pay By Check" or "School Purchase Orders (POs)" at checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order using a PO or check. Do you accept Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle?

Yes! We accept payments through Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. At checkout, choose the option and follow the instructions provided. Once your order is submitted, you'll receive payment details to complete your purchase using your preferred app.

Do you accept personal checks?

Yes, we accept personal checks. Please note that orders paid by personal check will be processed once the check has cleared.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We do not accept returns, but if there’s ever an issue with your order (like a damaged or missing item), just reach out—we’ll make it right. You can view our full return policy here.
